All coffee is roasted to order at I Know A Guy. Freshness is the key to great coffee. Most coffee here is roasted to an even colored medium roast.
We are willing to roast coffee to your preference, but will not go past a dark medium roast (full city).
All coffee at I Know A Guy is selected for best cupping quality. We also pride ourselves on having great tasting coffee from regions all around the world that are affordable. We do have a range of coffees from common and affordable to rare and expensive.
